Andrew!

Andrew (cousin to Bode, Gianna and Nico) is in New York for a wedding. He drove in to see his cousins today.  Aunt Dawnie and Uncle Craig showed up to see their son, and to spoil their niece and nephews for a few hours. 

This morning, when I revealed that we were having special guest stars Aunt Dawnie, Uncle Craig and Cousin Andrew on our show today, the kids went ca-razy.  They immediately began chanting, "Aunt DAWN-NIE! Aunt DAWN-NIE! Aunt DAWN-NIE!" as if she were some kind of rock star. 

Gianna is getting to be such a big girl. But she retains her little girl demeanor around Uncle Craig though. They enjoyed sitting together, lunching together, and had a few rounds of  "hamburger/french fries" as well.

The rest of the day kind of paled for these monkeys. But they really needed a quiet afternoon of downtime after hanging with their favorite local celebs!

We enjoyed seeing everyone.

Mia Gianna's second 2nd birthday

Yesterday, Nana and Aunt Dawnie paid us a visit.  We had a lovely time together.  We also celebrated Gianna's birthday (again!).

Even though it is not Bode's birthday, Bode got a few presents, too.  Bode got a new bike from his Nana.  RWF took it for a spin.

Aunt Dawnie brought Bode a special box of shells from Myrtle Beach.  He loves opening up the box and looking at all the different shells.

Another lovely family day. I'm getting spoiled, having so many visits from family lately.  I think August is going to be a long month, with no "planned activities" for the kiddos and waiting for this baby to arrive!
